Soak nails in warm soapy water for 5 minutes. Carefully lift the sides of the press on nails and remove it fully. If the nail is still on strong,soak for another 3-5 minutes.
What is included in my press on nails kit?
Nail glue is included depends on your country’s shipping policy. It’s not always included in you package.
Can I reuse my press on nails?
Yes,as long as you remove it gently,it can be used at least 5 times or more.
Are they durable?
Yes. We use high quality nail tips which is salon standard. You don’t need to worry about it’s quality in your daily task as long as you apply them properly.

Where does your nail ship?
We ship worldwide,however,due to international shipping restrictions on certain liquid products,our nail glue may not included in your package. All other products can be shipped worldwide.
If for any reason we are unable to ship goods to your location,a customer service agent from [email protected] will contact you via email.
Please note international customers are responsible for any and all customs fees,taxes,tariffs or duties required by their respective government. Please note we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total retail value of the goods.
When will my order ship?
We generally ship your order within five working days after we receive it if the quantity is less than 10000 pairs.
Shipping rates and discounts?
Bela Nail Minimum order is 50 pieces（Kit and box not included）5% off for 100 pairs，10% off for 500 pairs，12% off for 1000 pairs.
Delivery Issues?
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; check your order to ensure the shipping address provided was correct. If the address provided was correct,contact your local post office responsible for delivering the package immediately. They will be able to assist you in recovering your package.
BELA NAIL does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
What is your return policy?
